This pharmacy blows any big box chain store such as CVS and Rite Aid out of the water. Seriously, the pharmacist Dr. Patel is by far the kindest, most sincere and generous pharmacist I have met. My mother uses them as she was sick and tired of Rite Aid. Her biggest reasons for leaving the other pharmacies was their frequent errors and she felt like she was a stranger each time she went in even though she was a frequent customer for years. She wanted a place that was more personable and friendly. She has been so happy with this pharmacy. She walks in and Dr. Patel knows her, talks to her and seems to truly care for his customers. That is priceless. He has offered so much help with insurance and medications and delivers!! He definitely goes the extra mile. We truly appreciate him and his business and want to support our local business.

This pharmacy is awesome! I never have a wait when filling my prescriptions. I was also able to get my covid vaccine without an appointment! Everyone that works there has great customer service. Highly recommended!

Ultracare Pharmacy in Germantown MD is the absolute best pharmacy with the most professional and personable employees I’ve ever received service from! The kind staff: delivery driver; receptionist(s); and pharmacists, are all super helpful and have treated me with respect every time I interact with them. I appreciate that an independent pharmacy needs to be exceptional in everything: business management and administration; technical expertise; and individualized, compassionate care. Ultracare Pharmacy in Germantown MD exceeds my expectations time and time again. Thanks and kudos to all the staff for making often problematic issues easy to deal with. Best service anywhere - Ultra care pharmacy is way ahead when it comes to taking care of its customers and it is far cheaper than the big names. I would recommend that you try this place once and will guarantee that you will never visit the big name groups again. By way of our loyalty and repeat business we need to support our local businesses.

Great customer service. I went there for a specific drug needed for one of my kids and they were so great to deal with, that I am now going to move all my family prescriptions over to them. They even have free delivery.

Great Pharmacy! They deliver for free and they actually treat you with respect and you can get your medication without getting accosted like you would at Sinai Hospital. Here customers are treated with respect. Will keep going here indefinitely. Don't give those mega corporations your money.

This pharmacy was recommended by a physician and I absolutely live the owner and everyone else. It’s a small “mom and pop” pharmacy that is there to help. One thing I couldn’t stand about CVS and other larger pharmacy was how impersonal they are. Here at Ultracare they take care of everyone the same and make sure that your refills are in order. If there’s anything you need they don’t hesitate to contact the doctor on your behalf and understand patient care. I like near Montgomery mall so the drive is a bit far but that should tell you how amazing this pharmacy is. I’m willing to pass tons of pharmacy’s to come here. They are genuine, which you cannot find just anywhere.

Very friendly helpful staff. After moving to PA I continue to get my meds from them. They mail it within a day! Amazing service and exceptional care they take for their customers!
