Entire Ultra Care staff was polite, professional and treated me as a valued and respected customer...What a breath of fresh air!! Dipen, the pharmacist, picked up on an error in my insurance and it's been there for at least a year yet no other pharmacy has ever taken the time to notify me nor try to resolve it. He did both and quickly. Everyone is honest and executes this highly regulated profession with integrity and ethical adherence to guidelines for ensuring the safety of their patients. More importantly they know exactly what they can and can't do based on those regulations and were able to service the customer while maintaining their duty to the law ensuring my safety. I’m a new customer, was referred there by one of my physicians. I’ve never had an experience with a pharmacy that was this helpful or with such excellent service. They helped with preauthorization and the two day shipping of refills is incredibly convenient. I am actually a physician and you just don’t see pharmacy service like this anymore. Highly recommended.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I absolutely love the staff. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have not experienced this at any other pharmacy. The pharmacist there is the best. When I call for a refill he tells me it will be at my door in 2 days and that is exactly when I get it. I would chose ultra care on falls road hands down over any pharmacy. Keep up the great customer care. God bless all of you.

Excellent pharmacy. Free delivery. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Recommend to my family and friends. Delivery is quick. Personal and personable attention. The best pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I don't know how they do it but they get my expensive prescription for nothing!

As someone who needs larger quantities of speciality prescriptions, this place is great. Very kind, personable, and quick to get my prescriptions filled and ready for pick up. Also very thoughtful and gave me a holiday gift! Whenever I call, they know it's me and they're very quickly ready for me. Strongly recommend if you have medications to pick up in bulk or specialty medications, or if you're looking for a new pharmacy!

This is the only pharmacy that I’ve gone to that genuinely cares about the patient. The pharmacists are not afraid to fight for you when you’re in a bind with insurance or your doctor. With that said, I can see the stress and exhaustion that goes with keeping all the insurance, doctors, and patients happy..yet they haven’t let me down 1 time in the past couple years I’ve been with them. THANK YOU FOR BEING A ONE OF A KIND PHARMACY

Genuinely considered gatekeeping but I am obsessed with this pharmacy. I usually work with Neil. I have a complicated medical history and a lot of medications to manage. Pharmacies like CVS, Walgreens were all a virtual nightmare. Ultra Care, you can email, call and they have an app to manage your meds and even get them delievered! They've randomly emailed me to see if I need anything. I genuinely can't imagine using anyone else at this point. They do a great job.
