Never thought about using a local pharmacy. I tried them because of a recommendation. Oh my!!! Prompt and convenient....hassle free. They can mail your order for free to your address. AK rocks! Great Customer Service!!!! Check them out instead of dealing with the commercial pharmacies. Don't waste your time standing in line.

I've been around since Ultra Care Pharmacy opened. I've seen the ups and downs of this special pharmacy. The owner and all the professionals make this place better than the chain/mom & pop pharmacies. Ultra Care has this organic atmosphere that feels like you are part of their community. They take about fifteen minutes to fill 20 prescriptions for my sister and I. I always call a day ahead, (before noon) and they always have my medicines. No issues. Uncomplicated. Just a class above the rest.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I absolutely love the staff. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have not experienced this at any other pharmacy. The pharmacist there is the best. When I call for a refill he tells me it will be at my door in 2 days and that is exactly when I get it. I would chose ultra care on falls road hands down over any pharmacy. Keep up the great customer care. God bless all of you.

Ultracare Pharmacy in Germantown MD is the absolute best pharmacy with the most professional and personable employees I’ve ever received service from! The kind staff: delivery driver; receptionist(s); and pharmacists, are all super helpful and have treated me with respect every time I interact with them. I appreciate that an independent pharmacy needs to be exceptional in everything: business management and administration; technical expertise; and individualized, compassionate care. Ultracare Pharmacy in Germantown MD exceeds my expectations time and time again. Thanks and kudos to all the staff for making often problematic issues easy to deal with. Wonderful people, very helpful and friendly. They had my sons medication that no other pharmacy in the area had in stock. The pharmacist is able to work closely with my sons doctor to keep his meds available for him which I really appreciate. They even deliver if needed! Great pharmacy I won’t go anywhere else anymore

Ultra care pharmacy is very professional and personable. They remember your names and even your voice over the phone. Before you have a chance to say who you are. They already know and ready to answer all your questions. They deliver to you, if you can not make it to them. They always work with you and make the impossible possible. Your health is important to them. you are not just a chart number. Love these guys

Ultra Care Pharmacy on Falls Road in Baltimore has been AMAZING. Prescriptions were filled immediately, phone call from pharmacist to give me details of my prescription and even mailed my prescription so I didn’t have to travel to get it! Wonderful!
