This is by far the best service that I have ever received, not only from a pharmacy but in general. They went above and beyond to create ointments for my daughter and even delivered right to my door mid-pandemic when I was unable to travel with a newborn. I wish we could use Ultra Care for everything!

Excellent pharmacy. Free delivery. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Recommend to my family and friends. Delivery is quick. Personal and personable attention. The best pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I don't know how they do it but they get my expensive prescription for nothing!

This is an amazing pharmacy! They take real personal care of their customers, even going the extra mile of going to my doctors office to pick up a prescription for me. They offer delivery too. I will switch all future pharmacy needs here!

Great customer service. I went there for a specific drug needed for one of my kids and they were so great to deal with, that I am now going to move all my family prescriptions over to them. They even have free delivery.

As someone who needs larger quantities of speciality prescriptions, this place is great. Very kind, personable, and quick to get my prescriptions filled and ready for pick up. Also very thoughtful and gave me a holiday gift! Whenever I call, they know it's me and they're very quickly ready for me. Strongly recommend if you have medications to pick up in bulk or specialty medications, or if you're looking for a new pharmacy!

Ultra Care is a specialty pharmacy which may be able to help with more rare, personalized, or expensive medications (but can also handle regular medications). For me, this meant that Ultra Care participates in a program that let me get a 90-day supply of my medication for free, while the big stores wanted to charge $900 for a 30-day supply.

Ultra Care Pharmacy on Falls Road in Baltimore has been AMAZING. Prescriptions were filled immediately, phone call from pharmacist to give me details of my prescription and even mailed my prescription so I didn’t have to travel to get it! Wonderful! Definitely a preferred pharmacy! Thank you! I am a repeat customer.
