Forget 5/5 I give them a 10/10. I dropped my prescription off and instead of waiting forever in a day they got it to me quick and painless. Plus if you need something of a specialty item and they don’t have it they know exactly where you can get it.

Ultra Care Pharmacy on Falls Road in Baltimore has been AMAZING. Prescriptions were filled immediately, phone call from pharmacist to give me details of my prescription and even mailed my prescription so I didn’t have to travel to get it! Wonderful! Excellent pharmacy. Free delivery. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Recommend to my family and friends. Delivery is quick. Personal and personable attention. The best pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I don't know how they do it but they get my expensive prescription for nothing!

The staff is always professional, friendly and very helpful. If they do not have something in stock, they’ll order it and it will be there for you quickly. I highly recommend this pharmacy. They also deliver which is super helpful!

I've been around since Ultra Care Pharmacy opened. I've seen the ups and downs of this special pharmacy. The owner and all the professionals make this place better than the chain/mom & pop pharmacies. Ultra Care has this organic atmosphere that feels like you are part of their community. They take about fifteen minutes to fill 20 prescriptions for my sister and I. I always call a day ahead, (before noon) and they always have my medicines. No issues. Uncomplicated. Just a class above the rest.
